I have no idea in advance what is to be healed, nor do I have any influence on the process. The goal is to be neutral, a channel for spiritual healing energy. The result of healing is usually better well-being and calmness.

I do not need to touch the client, but rather keep my hands a little away from the body.

Promising improvements in sick people is not possible, but I have, for example, had people in big pain who felt significantly better after healing.

The effect of healing is personal and varies greatly.
